Dancing With A Stranger – debut novel
My vampires don’t sparkle and don’t burn in the sunlight either. I gave my vampire a unique origin story not commonly used, and I can’t wait for it to unfold across the four-book series. In this first book you meet Damon who introduces Violet, a grad student, into the kinky world to teach her about consent in order to feed off her willingly. Full of spice, but consent is my kink so this first book is a slow burn.
Paramour’s Rumba – sequel to the DWAS series
Following the ending of the first book, this continues the story of Damon and Violet, but this time with THREE first-person POV’s. A lot more spice to this one, plus TWO love triangles. It has a cliffhanger ending, and I know you’re going to hate me for that – but I promise to make good on that in books 3&4 to finish the series.
The Wedding Wish – happily ever after in spite of all the obstacles
I’ll be honest, I consider this to be the lesser of my works because it’s so intensely personal. I don’t expect everyone to be able to relate to a book where the FMC has cancer while simultaneously planning her wedding – because not everyone is ME. Yup, I planned our wedding while I was battling cancer and did it to take my mind off everything I thought I was losing. The rest is pure fiction and I almost let the antagonist run amuck, but the cathartic ending hits a good spot in the end.
Third Time’s The Charm – a second (or third) chance romance
My wife read this book and in the beginning she was all mad at me – Why not Matt? – she would grump at me. Lydia Pruitt self-identifies as the “hot mess express” as she plans her wedding to her handsome and successful Blake Pierson. But she DEFINITELY did not plan on her ex being the one catering the wedding. Timelines shift between the past and the present as you see the undeniable connection between Lydia and Matt. What happens? Does she stick with Blake, or does she go back to Matt?
